Here at FULLSTOP we have over 10 years Secretarial/PA experience, and 5 years Virtual Assistant experience.
We provide administrative, technical, and/or creative business support services to small businesses, sole traders, and entrepenuaers. We take care of the tasks you can't do, shouldn't do, or prefer not to do, creating time for you to concentrate on what you do best - running your business.
A Virtual Assistant can carry out most tasks an in-house secretary or personal assistant can do for you. The services we offer include, but are not limited to: email management, copy typing, audio typing, business admin, travel and meeting bookings, creating PowerPoint presentations, data entry, and personal tasks. However, we are always happy to discuss new projects and assignments.
Virtual Assistants work on an ad-hoc basis so you only pay for the work we carry out. Compared to a regular employee, a Virtual Assistant saves you money because we have our own office, use our own equipment and we don’t require holiday pay and pension contributions.

We are proficient in a variety of transcription services including conferences, minutes, meetings, interviews, focus groups and seminars.
We can transcribe from audio files, CD's, DVD's, video files and YouTube videos.
The industry standard allows a minimum of 1 hour to transcribe 15 minutes of clearly recorded speech. However, factors such as quality of recording, speed of speech, the number of people speaking, regional accents and specialist terminology can increase the transcription time further.
